Tips: Why would I buy an ETF when I can get an index mutual fund without a broker?
You can certainly buy a mutual fund directly from a fund group at no "load" or sales charge. However, annual management fees will be applied and they will typically be higher with a traditional mutual fund than brokerage commissions for ETFs and you can only buy or sell mutual funds at the closing price at the end of the day.
Naked options trading is very risky - many people lose money trading them. It is recommended contacting your broker or investment professional to find out about trading risk and margin requirements before getting involved into trading uncovered options.
