Opening Trade

After issuing a signal, we initiate (open) a trade. Our "Suggested Entry" price may be stated in the form of a limit or of a market order.

If our signal states a limit price as the "Suggested Entry" price:

Within the time span dictated by the "Execute Period", we will open a trade once the short option trades at or above our "Suggested Entry" price.

When QQQ or SPY  options specified in our signal is traded at or above the "Suggested Entry" price and after we receive a confirmation email from online options brokers who autotrade our signals that order of our autotrading subscribers are filled will indicate and we will send email alert out that we initiated the short QQQ or SPY option position respectfully at this specific price.

In some cases the "Suggested Entry Price" may not be reached throughout an entire trading session and if it is not happened within the time frame specified in the "Execute period" signal's parameter we will then state that we are cancelling the signal and we will continue remaining in cash position.

On some occasions, when options were traded at the "Suggested entry" price but there were not enough offers to fill all orders of our subscribers and we received an email from our online autotrading brokers that they were able to fill orders of our autotrading subscribers only partially, we may issue an additional signal which would indicate that we have initiated an options trade and we have changed the "Suggested Entry" price from limit order into market order.

If our signal states a market order for the "Suggested Entry" price:

We will initiate a short QQQ or SPY option position at the QQQ SPY option price traded right after we send email alert out. If a signal is generated during the trading hours then we will wait for a confirmation email from our online autotrading brokers to see what QQQ or SPY option price was available on the market. If a signal was generated after the market closes our SPY trade opening price will be equal to the SPY option price available at the market open on the next trading day.

Risk Statement:

Naked options trading is very risky - many people lose money trading them. It is recommended contacting your broker or investment professional to find out about trading risk and margin requirements before getting involved into trading uncovered options.
